Busy restaurant seeking experienced host for Thursday - Saturday evenings + 1-2 days/week.
Total 4-5days/week, about 30 hours.
In addition to hosting duties on weekend evenings we are looking for someone who will also be assisting with other aspects of our daily operation 1-2 days per week(flexible). These duties will assist your overall knowledge of the menu and restaurant operation. In house promotion to server possible July/August.
Required: 6 months dedicated hosting experience. Able to lift 50 pounds. Reliable transportation.
We are also looking for an individual with some of the following attributes:
Knife skills
Good palate
Mycology
Brewer or home Fermentor
Previous Farmers Market Experience.
C02 System Management
Excel or Google spreadsheet basic knowledge.
