All positions require:
A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Great organizational skills, out-going personality and disposition.
The ability to move fast, learn quickly, and multi-task.
A strong work ethic with acute attention to detail and be a great self starter.
The ability to stay calm under pressure.
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
Must be a team oriented.
Ability to push, pull, and lift a moderate weight of at least 40lbs.
Maintaining a daily knowledge of menu items, tea service, and sustainability issues, and be able to discuss all subjects with guest.
Minimum 2 years experience experience at a full-service restaurant.
