We are searching for motivated sous chef, who want to craft a unique dining experience. We pride ourselves in using local ingredients that are made to order. Candidates must be professional, must possess strong plating skills, able to become part of a team, lead the team and have a desire to learn and grow, be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week, able to work nights and weekends. Applicant needs to not be afraid to put the hours in to making the restaurant a success. We need people who want stability and long-term work relationships, people who are positive and able to maintain high standards in all areas. At this time we are doing take out but we are making excellent food; just different plating

Requirements:

- Able to apply and enforce the new restaurant guide line of COVID-19

- Lead all kitchen staff to the restaurant guide line

- Keep kitchen completely organize super clean sanitize and efficient

- Prior experience working in quality, chef-driven restaurants.

- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items and new cooking techniques.

- Valid California food handlers card and/or Serve Safe certified

- Full availability
