We are looking for a part time night audit/night shift front desk agent to join our team. This opening is for two shifts per week, available shifts are either Friday/Saturday 11pm-7am OR Saturday/Sunday night from 11pm-7am (applicants choice) . Must be able to work holidays. Must be able to work every/all weekends. Pays $13 per hour to start. We are looking for a night audit desk clerk who is professional, personable, and is able to work well under different circumstances. Experience working hotel night audit and/or graveyard shifts preferred.
Primary duties included assisting guests with checking in and out of the hotel in addition to helping guests with any questions or needs during their stay. The desk clerk will also be responsible for answering phone calls. Maintaining good customer service while making effective decisions is a crucial part of the front desk clerk's duties.
Job Requirements:
MUST be able to work nights from 11pm-7am on Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun
Must be able to multi task.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must be able to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.
Must have general computer skills and ability to quickly learn to use industry specific software
Must have professional phone etiquette.
Must be well-groomed and well-mannered.
