Troya Baklava & Coffee and Turkish Grand bazaar on cannery row is in need of immediate help. Come in Anytime during the week any time after 1.
History: Troya Baklava & Coffee on cannery row has been open approximately 13 months. We sell a wide variety of Turkish delights, and a wide variety of Baklava. All of our product is authentic, made fresh from turkey and imported to us in a timely manner. we have a great staff right now, although we need more people for summer, you will see the work that the other employees do and you will see how to change your work ethic to be how it should be for our shop. As for learning our product and prices, for your 2 week provisional period, you will be partnered with Wail, our store supervisor and you will listen to how he communicates to the customers and he will state how the products are introduced to the customers. You will here the persuasion he communicates to the customers to be able to make sales when busy.
Skills needed:
- Good at communicating with customers about products, and making sales.
- Hard working employee that looks for something to do when it is slow.
- An employee who is always on time, and ready to work right when their shift starts.
Wages: Start minimum wage, and based on how your work ethic is, we will decide to keep you at minimum wage, and or push you wage higher. (2 week provisional period).
