Forest Hill, a Continuing Care Retirement Community on the Monterey Peninsula, is seeking a full time Director of Maintenance Services.
The Director coordinates/supervises all aspects of building maintenance including its various mechanical, electrical and alarm systems, and performs maintenance tasks, supervises two staff and coordinates outside contractors.
Must have 2 years of full-charge experience managing staff and overseeing complex systems: HVAC, fire protection and electronic notification. Prefer candidate with experience in regulated setting like hospital or nursing home.
