Since 1990 the Front St. family of companies has been a leader in mental health support services in Santa Cruz and Monterey County. We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and mental health services for over 300 consumers. This position will be located at Drake House, a 49-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) which is just blocks away from Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Drake house Specializes in providing healthy aging and wellness in a spectacular setting. This is a Full-time position eligible for Health benefits, 401K with match, holiday, Paid Time Off (PTO).
Responsibilities:
-provides case management and mental health services with a focus on skill development, wellness and recovery.
-case management tasks ranging from linking clients to services and providing intensive clinical or rehabilitation services.
-responsible for meeting daily billing requirements and MediCal documentation, e.g. progress notes and service plans.
Qualifications:
-Candidate must have strong communication and computer skills.
-Must be able to pass DoJ criminal record clearance.
-MHRS or equivalent Medi-Cal signing authorization preferred.
-A good driving record is preferred.
