Private Golf Club located in one of the most beautiful properties on the Monterey Peninsula is seeking a janitor/maintenance person. This position would report directly to the Director of Engineering/Maintenance. Essential duties are:
Mop floors, light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, repairing toilets and any leaks. Attend to guests needs as requested as well as inter-department needs. Sanding and painting as needed, pressure washing, stripping paint. Police parking lots and garages for trash, empty garbage. Assist building maintenance Engineers on large projects.
Must possess good communication skills. Some knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Must be highly organized, punctual and a team player.
