Jobs available: janitor/maintenance person. This position would report directly to the team leader.
Essential duties as assigned by Team Leader are:
Mop floors, light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, repairing toilets and any leaks. Attend to guests needs as requested as well as inter-department needs. Sanding and painting as needed, pressure washing, stripping paint. Landscaping, empty garbage, or assist on large projects.
Must possess good communication skills. Some knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Must be highly organized, punctual and a team player.
