MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Immediate opening for PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS positions. The ideal candidates must have clean and professional appearance, speak fluent English is REQUIRED, fluent in Spanish is a plus, 2 years minimum of hotel or apartment complex maintenance experience is REQUIRED, dependable and able to manage and prioritize assignments, able to pull, push or lift up to 100 lbs. The hours for this position are: 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays, 10am to 6:30pm on weekends, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities and duties are but not limited to:
Pool maintenance, gardening, maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, caulking showers, toilets, tubs, minor plumbing, painting, repair broken furniture, windows, doors, etc., installing and programming electronic locks, tv programming, put away supplies in the storage rooms, installing or assembling appliances, furniture, etc., perform preventative maintenance in rooms as assigned.
