We are currently working in the Salinas- Monterey County Area on a mass tort/personal injury docket, and we are looking for a California licensed attorney to help us on this project. Please see the details below:
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience/Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of California. We are willing to train the right candidate to complete the required tasks. Prior experience in personal injury, mass tort/class-action claims, employment rights, immigration law, or any area dealing with farm worker's rights is a plus, but not necessary.
Tasks: To assist with meeting with potentially new clients, existing clients, and helping with discovery/plaintiff fact sheets in the future. This is a mass tort/personal injury docket.
Length: 3-6 months, but could last longer depending on the docket. This is a contract job that could lead to a full-time associate position, or an Of Counsel position. Hiring immediately.
Pay: DOE, and could include benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
Travel: Must have reliable transportation to travel within the Monterey County and contiguous counties, as well as within the state of California. Overnight stays may be required.
