PARALEGAL: Business Transaction & Estate Planning

We are currently seeking a paralegal with experience in business transaction, real estate transaction, and/or estate planning and administration. Applicants shall be well versed in document preparation related to entity formation and dissolution, Secretary of State filings, corporate records, contracts, preparation of closing binders, preparation of estate planning documents and administration, court filings, client communications, and file maintenance, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe. Applicants shall be organized and detail oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
