The Director oversees the daily operations of the First 5 contracts, King City clinic and provides clinical supervision support for the mental health outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include management of program budgets, hiring and supervision of employees, establishing and maintaining external relationships with county, community and agency partners. The services are provided over a continuum of care that includes clinic and community-based treatment models designed to provide substantive short-term to long-term mental health services that empower caregivers and youth to make lasting gains.

The Director ensures that services are delivered and documented in compliance with all county, state and federal regulations. The Director may also provide clinical supervision to ASW and MFTi employees.

Location:

Salinas

Responsibilities:

Oversee the administrative, fiscal and clinical operations of the Seneca Family of Agencies Medi-Cal programs in Monterey County.

Provide training, supervision and evaluation of both clinical and administrative staff.

Ensure staff are submitting accurate and timely paperwork related to the services being provided to children and families.

Participate in the interviewing and hiring of staff.

Participate in weekly supervision with the Executive Director.

Facilitate new relationships and maintain existing relationships with other community-based organizations, the public school system, community resources and county agencies including probation, behavioral health, and social services.

Conduct outreach to the communities served by the programs and solicit feedback for ensuring successful program implementation.

Manage and analyze in-depth outcomes data and service delivery effectiveness in order to inform service provision and maintain adherence to the service models.

Job Qualifications:Â

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling

LCSW strongly preferred with the ability to provide clinical supervision

Strong writing, organizational, presentation and computer skills

Ability to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary team

Supervisory experience and strong knowledge of program management

Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other state or federal requirements

Hours:

Monday through Friday,with the ability to work some evening and weekend hours as needed
