Administrative Assistant-Castroville, CA
We are searching for a professional Administrative Assistant responsible for daily office needs. This individual must have excellent customer service, telephone communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidate would have Quickbooks experience and/or automated account management.
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to perform a variety of general clerical duties such as: answer phone inquiries, maintain regular reports, accounts receivable, and provide excellent customer service related to the day to day functions of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer, direct and document all phone calls in an expeditious manner
Organize and communicate scheduled deliveries
Quickbooks data entry
Accounts Receivable and process customer payments
Mail forms and customer requests
Develop positive customer relationships, provide general support to Owner, Manager and Drivers
Maintain office equipment and supplies, including computer, printer, copy and fax machine
Exceptional Communication Skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner
Respond to questions and requests for information
Ability to write professional letter, distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Other duties pertaining to Administrative and/or Office Duties
Follow all Policies and Procedures of Company
QUALIFICATIONS
English speaking (Bilingual – Spanish, a plus)
Administrative experience preferred
Knowledge and proficiency of Quickbooks
Skills required: Computer (PC), Email, Phone, Communication, Organization
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word) and/or Google
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal phone communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
