Salinas construction company is in search of a full-time assistant bookkeeper and office administrator with at least 5 years experience. Individual must be highly organized and professional. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and GL account analysis. Processing payrolls in a timely manner. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must as well as compliance with federal and state wage laws, prevailing wage rate laws, and union benefits. Must possess a general knowledge of payroll.
