We are looking for a STELLAR Customer Service/Administrative Assistant who wants to grow with us. This is a great entry level position with room for advancement and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage large volume of incoming calls
Provide information about the products and services
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and office policies
Obtain customer information to assist in the creation of estimates
Screens calls, answer questions, and take messages as needed
Positively and energetically engage with customers to promote product
Maintain a friendly and professional image in attitude; appearance
Serve as clerical and administrative back-up to management personnel
Act as primary contact for DMV/DOT pulls and additional related projects as needed
Draft and organize daily driver paperwork and dispatch schedule
Organize company DOT/DMV/ Vehicle Maintenance documents into updated filing systems
Inside Sales- Showroom Appointments
Social Media ( Facebook, Website, Showroom Appointments)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
Ability to prioritize, multi task, and manage time effectively
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading skills
Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications:(MS Word/Excel/Office/Outlook/PowerPoint)
Quick Books- 1 year minimum
Administrative Experience- 1 year minimum

Operating Hours/Salary:
Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Full time
Pay Rate- up to 20.00 per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn merit increases annually based on performance.
