Pleasantly answer multi-phone lines, accurately takes messages, transfers calls to voicemail, greets visitors, clients and others doing business with the Company, and routes them to the correct individual. Communicate with field technicians and clients regarding their job. Assist Operations Manager as needed. Create, update and accurately utilize the Company's customized operating system.
