PAPÃ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. SALINAS, CA
SERVICE COORDINATOR: Position will communicate directly and work closely with the parts and service departments, PSR, Technicians and customers regarding pending, ongoing and completed service jobs. Will also be responsible for auditing MSP work orders, warranties, answering customer calls, assisting with aged work in process and other service related tasks.
Must maintain the highest standards in safety practices and policies. Computer proficiency and experience with Excel and Word required. Communication skills, both oral and written, must be above average. Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through on jobs. Technical, leadership and sales experience preferred. Applicant must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
