Own part of a business in the loan origination industry.
Total support. Excellent training. Virtual office environment. Industry-leading software. Access to QM and Non-QM loan products, with a 1.25% payment to you at closing. For example, closing a $400,000 loan pays $5,000, and we expect with our company you will close several loans each month.
Option to receive residual income, as the team you build closes their loans, creating a future income stream. Pacific Wholesale Mortgage has no overhead, so we are able to share the management percentage.
