We are seeking a Dispensary Manager for our new Vibe by Salinas store. Top store managers are coaches, leaders, marketers, entrepreneurs, human resource manager, community ambassadors, accountants – all in one. This person should consistently be able to:
Provide excellent customer service in the dispensary by educating customers, accurately tendering transactions, and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations.
Perform all dispensary management activities and provide leadership on the shop floor.
Be optimistic problem solvers who run the stores creatively, analytically with passion, commitment, loyalty, and profitability.
JOB DUTIES
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Assist in the development, delivery, and oversight of individual training plans
Deliver ongoing coaching and feedback
Participate in the annual employee evaluation process by providing objective performance feedback and evaluation for all employees at every level (360 review, peer review, and stacked ranking)
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Adhere to and champion environmental health and safety guidelines
Implement and adhere to procedures related to opening, operating, and closing the retail store
Implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a continuous improvement culture in the retail operations business unit
Interface with regulators and law enforcement as required
Model the company core values at all times whenever representing the company, including on and off-campus and on social media
Participate in team building, leadership, and corporate development activities
Report all adverse events; participate in or lead deviation investigations
Support corporate initiatives
BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Communicate the details of daily operations to stakeholders as requested
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions including sales, inventory intake and reconciliation, and waste management
Ensure that the sales floor and lobby are clean, compliant, inviting, and professional
Implement, perform and adhere to procedures related to inventory management and reconciliation
Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry new
