Quiet senior community seeks a person with excellent customer service skills for a Security & Resident Services position involving interaction with residents and guests.
Some examples of duties include but are not limited to:
Locking up common buildings & laundry rooms
Patrolling the grounds
Covering swimming pool
Delivery of packages from main clubhouse to residents door
Providing coverage at Front Desk for receptionists breaks
Occasionally responding to urgent situations such as medical calls
Assisting residents with minor maintenance tasks such as light bulbs, clogged sink, etc.
This job requires a valid California driver license, ability to occasionally lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds, ability to climb one flight of stairs as well as ability to walk over uneven ground.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Shifts are Wednesday thru Sunday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am. Staring rate of pay is $15.00 per hour + paid benefits.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision + 401(k) eligibility after one year. Also includes accrued vacation & sick leave + Holiday pay.
