California Energy Partners, Inc is seeking experienced inside sales representatives for a career with a growing energy services company. We help small to medium sized companies reduce their energy costs and capitalize on rebates and incentives by becoming more energy efficient through the use of new technologies. Candidates must have minimum 1 year inside sales experience, excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service. Basic MS Office suite experience required, CRM software experience a plus. This position requires being on the phone 90% of the time, with the other 10% consisting of keeping a log of calls made and entering leads into CRM software.
Top performers may have opportunities to advance to outside sales positions.
Compensation: $15/hr plus commissions
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm
