Outdoor Power Equipment Sales & Parts Representative – Santa Cruz
B&B Small Engine Repair is looking for an experienced Sales and Parts Representative. We sell Stihl, Honda and DR power equipment. We service those brands among others. At B&B we differentiate ourselves from big-box retailers by consistently providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with sales and service questions – make product and service recommendations
Accurately analyze repair issue based on customer’s problem description
Write up repair orders
Computer use for parts lookup and repair orders necessary
Ability to navigate Illustrated Parts List (IPL) and generate parts order
Speed and accuracy are essential
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills necessary
2 years related experience preferred
Able to lift 50 pounds
Self-starter and ability to independently prioritize duties
Position is full time Saturday required, weekly schedule to be determined. Health benefits offered after 90-day probationary period. Competitive salary.
