Sales & Customer Service position for a wholesale distribution company in Castroville, CA that sells patriotic and emblematic products.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, administrative and time management skills, strive to connect with existing and new clients and direct them to our product lines. Learn multiple aspects of our national business, travel to tradeshows and much more.
Job duties are centered in sales but include some warehouse participation to gain familiarity with our products.
On the job training with in-house sales directors and support staff to assure a good knowledge of our business and product lines.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
ï Customer Service & Sales Calls
ï Customer Correspondence & Follow up
ï Administrative Support
ï Data & Order Entry
ï General Office Duties
Warehouse duties include:
ï Pack and Ship Orders
ï Display and Package products
ï Product Maintenance, Stocking & Inventory
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

ï Client Relations & Business Building
ï Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize
ï Computer Literate
ï Experience using office equipment (computer, fax, copier, etc)
This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with some overtime hours, benefit package and competitive pay. We are a well-established 30+ years family owned corporation.
