We are a long established local grading and underground company looking to add experienced foremen to our team for ongoing and upcoming local work.
You must have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines as required.
Salary will be based on experience.
Requirements:
Pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
Valid California drivers license.
Ability to be insured on company vehicles.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to read plans and understand grade stakes.
Ability to schedule crew, materials and inspections as needed for your site.
Ability to follow the site bid packet and meet deadlines.
Capable of operating a variety of different equipment.
Verifiable experience in grading and underground procedures.
