Job Description:
Vlocity PM (Delivery Lead)

• Oversee the overall program and ensure project adherence to strategic objectives
• Participate in project governance and steering committee meetings
• Facilitate Blue Shield/Vendor review of deliverables
• Validate project level issues and risks
• Act as the primary point of contact for the demand forecasting and fulfilment planning activities
• Resource management: Facilitate timely & qualified resource ramp-ups/ ramp-downs / replacements as required
• Ensure quality of project delivery and adherence to schedule
• Escalate issues to PMO, Vendor
• POCs as per established protocols
