Description: Mandatory BA/BS or Graduate Degree in: in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Information Science, Anthropology or other relevant field
3+ years of experience in user research role
Understands user experience research methods
Skilled at conducting in-person interviews
Strong oral and written communication skills
Comfortable with and skilled at analyzing datasets (e.g., interview videos, transcripts, open-ended survey responses)
Understands basic statistical concepts
Detail oriented and ability to work fairly independently on research
Experience with project management and overseeing project logistics
Can prioritize time between multiple projects and be flexible to changing schedules and project roadmaps
Interest in building/advancing a career in user experience research
