RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Business Data Analyst I in Mountain View, CA.
Essential Duties:
The Business Data Analyst I will champion a best-in-class employee experience by using analytics, business acumen and strategic understanding of the data sources and confidently deliver their interpretation and recommendations for improvement to both internal and partner stakeholders
Analyze and recommend program improvements, process development, and/or technology enhancements that will positively impact the experience of the workforce
Drive self-serve and data literacy
The Business Data Analyst I will implement and standardize metrics and decision tools (dashboards, reports) leveraging QlikSense or other data visualization tools
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience in generating and presenting insights from customer contact data; experience in advanced analytics and optimization a plus
Experience with quality/productivity analytics and or customer behavioral analytics
SQL skills to perform data aggregation and segmentation from scratch; experience working with granular web clickstream data is a plus
Knowledge of programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R)
Knowledge with tools used to analyze, manipulate and visualize datasets (e.g. Excel, Sheets, Splunk, Tableau, Qlik)
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell stories with data, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.
Will need to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems
Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills
