Genesis10 is currently seeking a Content Operations Coordinator with our client in the SEO industry in their Mountain View location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with team members to create processes, resources, and tools to ensure our employee-facing training content is up-to-date, relevant, useful and aligns with brand standards.
  • Audit course materials and update sites, links, and documents based on content changes or deprecation.
  • Apply branding consistently to all user-facing materials.
  • Write user-facing documentation in job aides and guides.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate customer service experience, preferably in an email-heavy environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience using Excel/Sheets for pivot tables and formulas.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with keen ability to multi-task and work under pressure while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Google apps, especially gmail, docs, sheets, and calendar.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a dedicated team spirit.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and deal with ambiguity.
  • The candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with training team members to achieve group and individual goals.
  • The ideal candidate will also be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Additionally, the candidate must be able to grow positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • They must be flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills.
  • They should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of scrappiness. Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive inter-departmental working relationships.
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
