Duration: 12+ months (possibility of extension)

-Overview:

Position Description:

- As a Product Marketing Manager, you craft compelling narratives about and deliver offers that turn browsers into buyers. You bring strategic and analytical marketing skills, allowing you to build scalable programs that meet the needs of super-gamers, users turning on their first mobile phones, and everyone in between. You use data and experimentation to drive growth, with testing and iterating in your DNA. You are a can do person who enjoys fine-tuning small details, as much as you do thinking about the big picture. You're motivated to get things done and view obstacles as exciting challenges.

Responsibilities:

- Drive buyer growth by executing compelling subscription offers across the user lifecycle, coordinating closely with internal teams to meet partner requirements and timelines. Track offer conversions, funnel metrics and spend against an allocated budget. Partner with designers, writers, other PMMs, PMs and third-party agencies to deliver great work in a scrappy environment. Proactively evaluate and present results of your campaigns, making recommendations for campaign optimization and new areas of focus.

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in growth marketing and/or product marketing, ideally on a consumer product at scale. Experience with launching and managing campaigns, using data to track, analyze, and report on performance. Excellent creative and copywriting/editorial skills with an ability to target messaging and visuals to market and channel.

Desired:

- Push marketing (email/notifications) / CRM experience, particularly around managing subscription offers. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines across multiple campaigns, in multiple countries. Mobile, e-commerce, and/or gaming experience. Deep interest in the behavioral economics behind user decisions, as well as market-specific needs and nuances. Track record of creative problem solving and bias towards action. Experience in identifying key pain points in the user journey.
