Work Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 10+ Months
Position Description
This role will support the Benefits team and will be responsible for managing complex requests for workplace accommodations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workplace accommodation requests including creating stay-at-work and return-to-work plans.
• Support the accommodation of new employees (Nooglers) with disabilities
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Handle escalations involving job-related disability accommodations working directly with Client, managers, and other stakeholders.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience;
3+ years relevant work experience, specializing in accommodations, disability benefits, leaves of absence, human resources, or employee relations;
Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding access for people with disabilities; specifically ADA and FMLA;
Case management experience; Strong oral and written communication skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
