RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager III in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
Successfully partner across multiple teams to drive deliverable outcomes and team accountability, document Risks-Actions-Issues-Decisions-Dependencies-Change Requests (RAIDD-C), Development of Detailed Project Execution Plans, Drive the creation of the Change Management Strategy, Stakeholder identification and management.
Responsibilities:
Building relationships with the primary stakeholders: the People and Places (P&P) Team, P&P Technology team, and the team members that align to this project
Build relationships with the secondary stakeholders: Additional Technology 4 teams needed for integration across all needed tools and technologies
Stakeholder management and ability to effectively communicate up and down levels
Establishes program operating rhythms; leads cross-functional meetings and fosters teamwork; drives escalation and resolution of issues
Facilitates trade-off decisions to optimize program benefits realization
Ensure the project has a robust project plan including key milestones and deliverables
Manage the project ensuring it delivers on time and on budget
Look around corners and identify risks, resolve blockers and escalate where appropriate
Partner with various teams to update weekly status reports
Partner with stakeholders to think through the change management and adoption
Ensure various stakeholders are well informed of progress being made
Able to ask the right questions to help identify technical gaps and facilitate decision process
Organize the project or program into manageable pieces that can be tracked at the team level
Adjust the plan and adapt to changes and pivots as needed to ensure continuous speedy delivery against business outcomes
