This individual should be highly organized, collaborative, a strong communicator with keen attention to detail in order to facilitate and coordinate various people across departments to ensure the organization's digital asset management platform is effective.

Responsibilities would include:

• Integration & Adoption Coordination with internal key stakeholders on management of taxonomy to maintain integrity of digital asset library
• Documenting processes to be used as training materials and keeping them up-to-date as they evolve
• Management of employee & vendor access to the asset library, currently at 5,226 assets Support creation and management of building portals to share sales kits, PR kits, agency kits
• Training new hires on how to access and use the company's digital assets, as well as continuous training on any changes to the process Hosting internal monthly Q&A sessions to resolve issues or friction points
• Tracking & Maintenance Acts as the main point of contact for Canto rep to resolve any issues that arise
• Partners with Director of Creative Ops to plan for any contracting (SOW, POs, Forecasting) necessary for Canto Support ongoing discussions of workflow process integration
• Tracking how people use individual assets, whether internally or externally Issue management, partnering with DAM committee to approve or or deny any changes made to existing assets
• Updating content metadata, taxonomy and tagging as necessary
• Coordinate with Business Affairs role on representing appropriate asset licensing Performing DAM lifecycle maintenance activities such as archiving, asset expiration tracking and monitoring the security of files
• Reporting monthly on tool usage, most popular assets, friction points
• Contributing to standards and governance by being abreast of industry best practices
• Tool Evolution Researching and helping to implement new features to continuously improve workflows
• Supports evolution of digital asset management capabilities by co-creating a roadmap focused on streamlining operations, optimized user flows, permission, maintaining best practice asset management.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in digital production/digital asset management in relevant industries
• Experience with asset curation, with at least 2 years experience in DAM administration or in a related field
• Strong knowledge of DAM, metadata taxonomy, strategy principles and concepts for assets and digital content
• Knowledge of media Digital Rights Management (DRM)
• Sound experience in data governance, standards and process development
• Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail
• A huge love of technology, patience for people
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

Must Have:

Nice to have:
