• PhD in the biological sciences (e.g. cancer biology, immunology, neuroscience, developmental biology or similar)
• 2-3 years of industry experience in fields such as cytometry, single-cell multi-omics, cell therapy, and diagnostics
• Experience in driving internal R&D projects and engaging with external collaborations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a cross functional team environment
• Highly motivated, proactive and flexible in changing direction and priorities
• Maintains strong understanding of state-of-the-art science and technology development in relevant fields

• Expertise in the following cell biology technologies: flow cytometry, cell sorting, microscopy.
• Experience with single-cell genomics technologies such as 10X, BD Rhapsody, Drop-seq…etc.
• Expertise in different sample preparation methods (eg. Tissue dissociation)
