Job Summary: Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is in a fairly early stage in their career or a fresh graduate in a related discipline. You are someone who has an affinity to research and come up with innovative solutions to real world issues encountered during software development. You will be helping write test case, verify and validate software releases, and ensure that end users have a bug free experience.
Responsibilities/Skills:
Execute test cases on projects with varying difficulty
Create test cases based on requirements
Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban…) in a medical device or other regulated environment
Experience in bug tracking tools (Jira, Integrity, etc.) and Collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Experience with functional and non-functional requirements review and analysis in an agile environment
Experience working with globally distributed development and testing teams
Product orientated with a pragmatic approach, which is innovative and oriented to customer
An affinity for problem solving, and the ability to understand complex relationships between product functionality and requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
Ability to execute test automation scripts
Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Good communication skills and team collaboration
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
Business fluency in English
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
Experience: At least 1 years of professional experience in testing software, including manual, automated, functional, non-functional, and experience based testing.
