Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Assist sales and support teams in the rollout of the project and assess customer feedback and track trends

Track project status and key performance metrics.

Translating analysis results into business recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years' experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Ability to multitask, set priorities and work independently in a high-paced environment
Ability to manage complex tasks from start to finish.
Excel and/or Google Sheets proficiency.
Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills, self-starter, and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales / customer engagement experience

Ability to work manipulate large data sets in SQL or related language
