DescriptionOur client is looking for a new Controller, this person will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department (4-7 reports) and representing the company to all creditors and lenders. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of manufacturing industry experience, and exposure and/or solid understanding of the construction industry.Previous leadership experience is required at a Controller level or above, as well as prior experience with bank covenant management (as well as other lenders). CPA/MBA preferred
Outstanding technology, analytics and management experience required
Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus

Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience preferred
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Sage Software
Deep understanding of manufacturing
Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
Excellent oral and written communications skills
