Salary: $25 - $35 per hour

We provide rebuilding services to extend the life of our clients equipment, as well as contract manufacturing services. Our customers range from Universities, Government Laboratories, OEM's, Fortune 500 corporations and smaller end-users.

Job Details

MUST HAVES:

• Scientific Vacuum Equipment or Scientific Instruments Experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accept all incoming telephone & electronic inquiries directed from customers and other outside individuals.
• Provide product ordering assistance & product specific troubleshooting to customers as required.
• Enter sales orders/RMA's into company computer system as required.
• Provide file maintenance to Customer Data Base and Mailing List.
• Access sales related information as required to provide customer assistance as well as production/collections assistance.
• Secure sufficient background information for complex calls and transfer to more capable colleagues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree
• Computer/telephone/FAX equipment literacy.
• Product knowledge of Vacuum Equipment, Ion Pumps, etc
• Proficiency in high vacuum technology and applications to troubleshoot customer's problems/needs via the telephone
