The MATERIAL LIBRARIAN should hold a background in either library science, project management, or material development with demonstrated experience in systemic organizational practices and self-directed management.
Background, interest, or demonstrated understanding of Design.
Curious, open-minded and passionate about design, materiality & material processes.
Enthusiastic for organization and passionate about sharing knowledge & information.
Portfolio or links to past projects that demonstrate applicable proficiencies.
Web database or site management experience is preferred. HTML or programing a bonus. Please call out any applicable software experience that might make you suitable for this role in your application.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
Team minded, highly collaborative.
Comfort and proficiency with Google Systems (Slides, Drive, Mail, etc).
Comfort with remote collaboration (regular video ZOOM meetings and chat platforms).
During remote conditions this team member must be reliable, accessible and open to remote collaboration on a PST schedule.
Demonstrates strong self-management (able to track time and keep on task without Project Management support).
Education: Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in Library Science, Project Management or a Design discipline.
