Quality Assurance Lead (AEM) - Senior (8+ years)

8+ Years of QA Analyst/Engineer & 3+ Years as a QA Lead

Pay Rate: $50.00/hour - $63.00/hour on Experis' W-2

No C2C/Corp-to-Corp

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts and work closely with QA team members and developers in a geographically distributed team


• Be responsible for maintaining high-quality marketing sites aimed at providing a high level of customer value


• Testing and Maintaining
  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Management System


• Lead and own the full life cycle of testing on multiple projects


• Communicate level of quality and test results to the management team


• Prioritize work allocation and task tracking


• Play an instrumental role in participating in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.


• Document and plan test plans, test results and analysis


• Assist junior QA members to deliver quality customer service

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Web testing experience as
  QA Analyst/Engineer



• 3+ years of experience as a QA lead


• Experience supporting large web development and large-scale projects


• Strong leadership and team development skills


• Experience in managing timelines to make sure they are communicated to the management team and meet deadlines


• Experience in
  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Web Content Management System


• Experience in
  Functional, System, Integration, User Acceptance and End to End testing


• Strong technical background working on both Mac and Windows Operating systems.


• Shows creativity and initiative to
  improve test coverage and effectiveness


• Ability to work across multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic work environment


• Ability to perform "hands-on" testing and bug analysis


• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and individuals at all levels
