RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Manager Supply Chain in Newbury Park, CA.
Key Tasks:
As a business owner, partner with business and technical experts to define processes, procedures and best practices for development, maintenance and enhancement of CST capabilities/platforms
Work with and educate key stakeholders in the organization, including Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, to design the most effective and efficient processes
Measure and communicate capabilities/platforms adoption and maturity metrics
Establish CST capabilities Center of Excellence to support global Customer Service network and integrated Order-to-Cash processes
Liaise with local and regional stakeholders to ensure continued feedback from customers using the capabilities/platforms implemented with the CST program
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 2 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience or High School diploma/GED and 12 years of Supply Chain or Technical experience
Cross-functional process understanding
Good communications skills with all levels of an organization (written and oral)
Strong understanding of supply chain
Experience in working in and between business/finance operations and IT
Ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high-quality business requirements that resonate with stakeholders
Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines
