RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Veeva Systems Analyst in Newbury Park, CA.
Summary:
The candidate will be an active participant in the Regulatory Promotion Operations IS partnership including the Veeva Vault PromoMats software enhancement and business design process, meeting business client expectation and requirement scope management, requirements elicitation. Since a majority of the Regulatory Promotions applications portfolio consists of Vault PromoMats, the focus of this is to support the enhancement process of existing Veeva Vault for Promotional materials, working with both IS and business leads as well as vendor, support team and project team members.
Duties:
Engage with business teams within GRAAS & Commercial, to gather clear requirements and business needs
Facilitate enhancement design and testing processes
Attend daily scrum calls, and meetings and provide regular update to project team
Roles requires highly engagement with multiple business partners, vendors and project team members
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Bachelor's degrees preferred
Strong understanding of Veeva Vault software & US promotional process
Understanding and experience with Veeva Vault software
Understand business requirements for process changes and understand impact to system configuration
Individual need to be able to work alone and within a team very effectively with minimum guidance
Need to have experience working in GxP environment and ability to follow IS change control process
Understanding of Amgen change control processes a bonus
Experience of business process analysis; Business analysis consulting experience
Experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong reporting and analysis skills
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results
Ability to handle varying amounts of information, distill key points drawing practical conclusions translating into a strong business case and clear business requirements
Superior interviewing skills
Business analyst skills required:
Individual need to be able to work alone and within a team very effectively with minimum guidance
Red Flags:
Not a senior level business analyst, no life sciences experience, no experience in the promotional space
Candidate has PM experience but no business analyst experience
