We are seeking a talented Analyst to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management team based. This newly-formed team will lead efforts to implement and mature identity and access management services and capabilities for the company. Analyst, Identity and Access Management will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maturing IdAM solutions. In this role, the BA analyses, identifies and documents requirements in support of the Enterprise IdAM program.

Must have extensively experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ

Goals and Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary IdAM liaison with IT and business application and platform teams to evaluate and establish identity governance and privileged access controls and capabilities
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Performs detailed business analysis with technical delivery across multiple platforms and applications.
Supports project execution activities to ensure successful deployment of the solution
Represents the IdAM department in business meetings; working with technical stakeholders and business end-users to facilitate the development process
Creates and delivers a wide variety of program documentation (specifications, requirements, test plans, timelines, deliverables, meeting agendas and minutes, etc.)
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve services and solve issues

Factors for Success
Deep, demonstrated knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, with significant experience designing and leading application integrations across a diverse portfolio of applications and platforms
Wholistic understanding of IdAM concepts and best practices with experience assessing and prescribing optimal IdAM controls based on risk, policy, and organizational needs
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including utilizing these technologies for authorization, authentication, and provisioning
Advanced experience analyzing complex business processes and systems to develop business requirements and functional specifications
Advanced experience identifying analysis-related tasks and providing estimates for those tasks
Independent self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing test approaches and test execution plans for projects varying in size and duration.
Required strong analytical and computer skills with business applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, reporting & presentation software and/or data management
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in an analytical field or equivalent
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management

PREFERRED:
Experience with CyberArk Core PAS, or similar privileged access management (PAM) tools
Strong technical experience with authentication technologies and concepts, including SSO, MFA, federation, and passwordless.
Experience with Automated testing tools, Azure DevOps or other development lifecycle apps, familiarity with the Agile methodology
Technical expertise in various computing and cloud platforms (AWS, Linux/Unix, Mainframe, etc.)
Industry security certification (CISSP, etc.)
