Seeking an IT Security & Provisioning Manager for a full time position in the Newport Beach, CA area.

In this role, you will manage a large team of security administrators handling role-based provisioning for all enterprises.


  • Lead the team that enforces, administers, and assures that user accounts, security groups, service accounts, etc. are provisioned to standards and internal/external audit requirements.

  • Continually reviews processes and procedures towards goal of increasingly automating manual processes.




Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Team building, motivation and coaching skills.

  • Understanding of or background in working with internal and external auditors

  • Management experience is a must

  • Familiar with active directory

  • MS Back Office provisioning

  • Automation tools

  • Productivity and process improvement
