The SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) is a key participant on the Digital Transformation Customer Experience team. We are looking for a senior SDET who will be responsible for providing and maintaining automation for various applications under test. We are challenging you to help us automate and elevate value delivery for these applications. In this role, you will be working with different application platforms to automate unit, integration and functional tests. The Digital Transformation teams work in an agile environment with iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Lead coordination with intersecting organizations as needed to test changes and dependencies.
  • Co-ordinate with offshore teams of developers and testers.
  • Identify test approach and test scenarios.
  • Plan, design and perform automation.
  • Estimate, plan, and co-ordinate automation related activities.
  • Evaluate test data against expected scenarios and create data models as required.
  • Maintain test artifacts across releases.
  • Provide solutions for automated data flow and integration testing.
  • Partner with analysts and engineers to implement a full automated testing value chain from Unit, System, to System Integration levels.
  • Selects, deploys and maintains automation vendors, frameworks and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Technologist implementing systems.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
  • Demonstrates continuous learning and adaptation to the Agile industry evolution.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, planning, organizational skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and commitment.
  • Aptitude / ability to build automation tests for Unit, Integration and System testing.
  • Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and adaptation.
  • Demonstrated experience on an agile team, where members self-organize and hold each other accountable.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Pioneers agile engineering methods and best practices.
