What You Will Be Doing
Successful candidates must at least 2 years of experience working as Project Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager/ Estimating on electrical construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager provides support to the Project Manager in the field, documentation, and with customers to ensure job accuracy in documentation, schedules, etc. for differing scopes on multiple projects.
Assist with:
- Planning and organizing project
- Preparation and tracking of job quotes and bid packages
- Coordinating with Engineering Department on Design-Build work and obtain Plan Check Approval
- Maintaining progress tracking logs and managing releases of lighting gear and controls
What You Need for this Position
- At least 2 years of Project Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager/ Estimating on Electrical Construction Projects
- Knowledge of all electrical codes, Local Union Labor Agreements, and State Compliance Laws/Regulations
- Knowledge of complex and technical electrical construction
- Experience with MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and understanding of AutoCAD and Revit
