SafetyChain Software is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Engineering team at our Novato, CA office. Reporting to the Director of Development, this role will work closely with our product management, and engineering teams to define, design, document functional requirements for SafetyChain s web and mobile solutions.

What you'll do:
As part of the Product Management team, the Business Analyst collaborates with Customers and Subject Matter Experts to gain in-depth understanding of business needs, workflows, procedures and constraints to define functional solutions that support business. In this role, the Business Analyst is responsible for managing the product backlog including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.and communicating effectively to developers and other stakeholders.
Success in this role means that released features/solutions meet the defined business requirements.
