Customer Relations: Provide exemplary customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly within the context of affordable housing guidelines. Foster positive relationships with residents to nurture a sense of community and satisfaction within the affordable housing environment. Marketing and Engagement: Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies tailored to attract individuals seeking affordable housing, aligning with regulatory standards. Contribute to the development of targeted marketing plans for specific properties within the affordable housing portfolio. Actively engage with local events and collaborate with community organizations to promote affordable housing options and maximize occupancy rates. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations, including tax credit requirements, to maintain eligibility for affordable housing programs. Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to leasing and resident files in accordance with affordable housing guidelines. Administrative Support: Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure efficient operations within the affordable housing framework. Requirements Previous experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing within LIHTC. Familiarity with affordable housing programs and tax credit regulations is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on serving individuals within the affordable housing community. Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi, Boston Post, Onesite or Onsite. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing) preferred. Experience with Yardi software preferred. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks within the scope of affordable housing requirements.
