Roles and Responsibilities:
Minimum two years’ experience in .NET application development plus a Bachelor s degree with a major in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field Five years full time experience in .NET application development, designing, analyzing, supporting, and implementing complex software systems. Planned Job Duties: ssist in design, develop and maintain existing SQL databases at HCSA, assist program staff in identifying and create reports, coordinate with other program staff on shared projects, maintain and enhance systems and SSIS processes. Skillset Required: Working experience in design, customization, and implementation of business applications (SSRS, SSIS), in on-premise or Cloud/SQL platforms. Familiarity with different business application platforms/solutions, preferably public health-related. Working experience/knowledge in modern and relational databases such as (but not limited to) databases such as MySQL, and MS SQL Server, including data-modeling and transformation. Working experience in data integration and exchanges between systems (for example using REST API). Solution-orienteded analyst with a good sense of user interface/experience. Data-orienteded analyst is preferable. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Familiar with HIPAA, Health Information Exchange System and Electronics Health Records. Project/Program Management Certifications (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) desirable, but not required. Possess strong organizational and time management skills Expert level skills in .NET Applications development in C#, MVC, SQL, DevOps, Entity Framework / any similar ORM framework. Strong object-oriented design skills with excellent knowledge/usage of Design patterns. Experience working with various tools such as Microsoft Office, Project, Source versioning tools (Git/TFS/Subversion). Principles and practices of technical problem solving Respond quickly and effectively to customer needs, proactively and reactively Research potential solutions and make recommendation for implementation Document current and future procedures and processes Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, internal support units, customers, and vendors. Prioritize, evaluate, and mentor the work of subordinate personnel
