AltaSource Group is seeking a Product Manager- LiveOps and Tools for our Seattle Online Gaming Client! This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry leader, revolutionizing the gaming field through the power of technology.
Our client is looking for a product manager to join the business performance team to support integration and adoption of new live ops and CRM tools. This role will work closely with multiple game teams to integrate and fully leverage the capabilities of new tools to drive business value.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of third-party tools and operational game experience to work with game teams to provide a perspective and best practices on driving monetization, engagement and retention campaigns. The overarching goal of this role is to ensure successful integration and full adoption of new tools in order to drive incremental business value.
Day to Day, you will:
Build strong partnerships with game teams and developers to support integration and adoption of new tools
Work with central business performance and data team to set overall goals & priorities of LiveOps program
Support product and engineering teams in defining & prioritizing use cases for tool integration & adoption
Collaborate with game teams to understand priorities/opportunities to execute and build process around new campaigns, a/b tests, and enhanced segmentation through the tools
Maintain an understanding of industry best practices & how that translates into opportunities for game teams
Collect tool feedback across multiple disciplines in order to guide third-party product feature requests
About You:
Your knowledge and skill-set should include:
5+ years experience as a Product Manager, LiveOps manager, or CRM manager
Experience with any of the following CRM/marketing/analytics platforms or similar: LeanPlum, Braze, Swerve, Firebase, Optimizely, Optimove
Experience working with engineering teams to define events & attributes needed for segmentation, analysis, and campaign execution
Experience with player segmentation, a/b testing methodology, lifecycle marketing & journey building
Experience in the mobile game industry & strong understanding of F2P games
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, team player who thrives in cross-discipline teams
Salary: up to $120,000/yr. DOE
